Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery (excluding Final Sale). Please note that all items purchased at clearance section are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer services contact@arsisjewelry.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.
Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any box or seals intact.
To return an item, you can send it back at your own expense using the postal service of your choice. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Please confirm the return address by contacting contact@arsisjewelry.com before mailing your parcel. Alternatively, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label. If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. All return costs must be covered by the senders/shipper.
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges. Once your parcel is sent back it will be refunded to the card used to place the order.
